Transylvania 4x4 Tours is a small family run business, specialising in adventure travel and guided wildlife encounters within the Carpathian mountain range. We offer individual and group tailor made itineraries for a range of customers including overland 4x4, motorcycle and bicycle travellers, artists, naturalists, ornithologists, conservationists, film companies, photographers. For those on their own, independent travels, we offer a cheap, safe and relaxing base camp to explore the area and maintain vehicles.
Romania is one of the last true wilderness areas of Europe with one of the largest indigenous populations of wild wolf, bear and lynx.
