Prices & Booking
All prices quoted include all taxes.
Travelling with your own 4x4 requiring services of an English speaking guide, a translator and his own vehicle. Base price £130 per day. Maximum of four customer vehicles. Advantages of this choice are:-
1. The larger the group the lower the individual shared cost.
2. If you are travelling in one vehicle then please consider the safety aspect of travelling off road with a second vehicle which can assist with recovery if required. Many of the places we travel to are out of mobile telephone signal range!
Travelling with your own 4x4 or camper van requiring services of an English speaking guide and translator accompanying you in your vehicle
Base price £100 per day. If the guide and translator are travelling in your vehicle the guide will be required to travel in the front passenger seat.
The above prices do not include accommodation or camping fees, but do include our services to book them. When considering your itinerary please inform of us of your accommodation requirements. The options are camping, guest houses and hotels.
Travelling with own vehicle, requiring a personally tailored itinerary
Just send us the details of your trip including dates and type of accommodation you require and we will do the rest. We can design trips for on and off road. Price on application and is dependent on length of trip.
Film companies
A full service can be offered including food, accommodation, translators, airport transfers, vehicle hire and drivers. We also provide guides and rangers for wildlife shoots. Prices on application.
Transylvania Adventure tour (9 days) £699 per person
Transylvanian Expedition (7 days) £499 per person
Transylvanian Experience (5 days) £349 per person
Weekend Retreat (3 days forest lodge) £249 per person including 3 meals a day. £199 per person self catering.
Bran Castle tour (2 days) £225 per person (Minimum 2 people per tour)
Children under the age of 18 years are charged at 50% of adult price on all tours
Maximum of 4 persons per tour when using our vehicles on 2,3,5,7 and 9 day tours. This restriction does not apply on your own tour.
Wildlife tours Price on application and is based on a per session basis.
Session 1: Two hour morning or evening trip including transport and tracker.
Session 2: Evening trip including overnight stay in bear hide and morning viewing.
Session 3: Individualised itinerary designed for film companies. Please be aware additional costs will be incurred by governmental agency for film permit.
Booking and payment
In the first instance please complete our enquiry form with the dates you wish to travel with any questions you may have. We will usually reply within 24 hours along with a copy of our terms & conditions. Once we confirm that the dates you wish to travel are available, you may then proceed with your booking. To secure your holiday please pay a flat rate deposit of £100 by clicking on the Paypal tab below and following the instructions. As soon as we receive your deposit we will send you an e-mail confirming your booking. Remaining payment is then settled either upon arrival using any major credit card, cash at a local bank or by using our Paypal full payment option below .
We will then send you three forms by e-mail for you to complete and return. A booking confirmation form, Liability release and assumption of risk agreement and travel insurance confirmation form.
Payment of £100 deposit
All major credit and debit cards can be used with Paypals secure payment system.
You do not need a Paypal account to use this service.
